Summer Main  Associate

Summer Main is an associate with Fenton Law Group. She received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law with an Honors Concentration in Health Law and Policy.

Summer has clerked with Plaintiffs’ firms and has experience with mass healthcare device tort and multidistrict litigation. She completed legal internships with a variety of organizations and agencies within the health law field, including the Veterans Administration, where she reviewed medical malpractice claims filed via the Federal Tort Claims Act. Summer has also contributed in excess of 150 hours of pro bono legal services since 2015.

Prior to law school Summer was a corporate paralegal. She graduated from Post University magna cum laude with a B.S. in Legal Studies. She is continuing her education with Columbia University, and currently studies Bioethics in Columbia’s M.S. program. Throughout her educational career Summer has been awarded numerous honors and was a recipient of the San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellowship.

Life Outside the Firm

Summer enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and cooking. She was featured on Season 3 of Food Network’s competitive cooking television show, “Cooks v. Cons.”
