Anne Schneider is an associate attorney with Fenton Law Group, LLP. Anne represents and advises healthcare providers on litigation and regulatory matters. She also represents healthcare professionals in administrative hearings and investigations conducted by the Medical Board, Board of Pharmacy, as well as internal investigations by hospitals, and other like organizations. She also represents providers in employment discrimination cases, and unlawful termination cases.A Los Angeles native, Anne received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California (USC), Gould School of Law, where she was an honorary recipient of the Saks Institute for Mental Health Law, Policy, and Ethics Scholarship, for which she authored an academic journal article on the subject of mental health and the law. During law school, Anne externed for the Honorable Dennis M. Perluss, Presiding Justice on the California Court of Appeal, 2nd District, Division 7, where she drafted both a civil and criminal judicial opinion. She also externed for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt, United States District Court Judge for the Central District of California. Before attending law school, Anne received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated magna cum laude.
