Henry Fenton recently settled a case before the California Medical Board (CMB) for a physician who was accused of failure to keep proper medical records. The CMB sought a minimum punishment of probation for the physician. After the hearing was conducted, the physician was issued a mere public reprimand in lieu of a probation period.
