“I thoroughly enjoy representing good, honest physicians who appear in front of the Medical Board for unwarranted, minor infractions. Most of these doctors operate by the letter of the law and are targeted by displeased patients. Whether it is a perceived HIPAA violation, a dispute with Medical/Medicaid, or an audit, I like going to bat for these physicians and physicians groups that are trying to keep Americans healthy.”
