The Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journal recently published a story on Partner Benjamin Fenton and Associate Anne Schneider’s victory in Gareth K. Forde, M.D., Ph.D., M.B.A v. Regents of the University of California, et al.. Benjamin and Anne represented Plaintiff Gareth Forde in a Sexual Harassment and Labor lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California. The jury returned a verdict for $17 million dollars in favor of Benjamin and Anne’s client, Dr. Forde.
